Actually most systems don’t really help to lose weight, most just give you information that you can get for free. When looking for a system that can help to lose weight, try looking for reviews on the system first. Look for others that have tried it and see what their results were. Chances are that if it worked for them, it will work for you! I’m also going to save you the trouble of searching for a system, and recommend the one that worked for me in one of the above posts.
